Volunteers are the heart of the Minority Health Fair. Each year, over 100 individuals come together to serve, support, and uplift our community by helping us deliver vital health services at no cost to attendees. From greeting guests and assisting vendors to guiding attendees to screenings, your time and energy help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone involved.​

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a volunteer, you’ll be supporting a 23-year tradition dedicated to "Your Health, Your Power: Empowering Our Community, One Check-Up at a Time." At the 2024 event, we served over 600 attendees and provided 5,043 free screenings and services, thanks in large part to the passion and commitment of people like you.

Whether you’re a student, a healthcare professional, a member of a civic or Greek organization, or someone who simply wants to give back, there’s a role for you at the Minority Health Fair.

Volunteer Opportunities May Include
  • Attendee check-in and welcome

  • Escorting guests to screening stations

  • Vendor and partner support

  • Restocking supplies and managing event flow

  • Set-up and breakdown crews

  • Helping with special areas (kids zone, education tables, hospitality, etc.)
