Your sponsorship was vital to the success of the 24th Annual SETHC Minority Health Fair and to advancing our mission: “Your Health, Your Power: Empowering Our Community, One Check-Up at a Time.”

 

Because of your commitment, more than 600 individuals were welcomed into McKenzie Arena on Saturday, July 19, 2025, where they received free screenings, education, and resources that otherwise may not have been available to them. Together, we are closing health gaps and expanding access where it’s needed most.

Our Shared Impact

• 600+ attendees served at no cost

• 45+ vendors and healthcare partners delivering critical services, including mammography, lung and cardiac evaluations, podiatry and dental checks, diabetes and prostate screenings, cholesterol and A1C testing, kidney function, allergy testing, and more

• 92 volunteers from 18 organizations giving over 338 hours of service

• CARTA transportation provided so pre-registered participants without reliable travel could access care

• A diverse audience reached: nearly 80% African American/Black attendees, with strong participation across all age groups — from children to seniors

 

Your generosity ensured that underserved communities not only had access to lifesaving screenings but also connections to ongoing care and education. This impact belongs to you as much as it belongs to the families we served.
